Asus X99 microcode patching questions.

This is my first post on this forum, and I figured I’d ask some questions about the viability of adding support for some ES chips to my sabertooth board.

The short version is that most AIB motherboard manufacturers added support for all BW-EP chips on their X99 lineup, whilst asus didn’t, I have a QHV8 12 core core ES (A0) chip that works and posts on my board, but the microcode patch is missing that supports this chip because it only posts once every time you reset the CMOS, otherwise gets stuck at cpu initialization.

What I’m looking to do is to add the microcode that allows this and other ES chips to run on my board, but I’m unsure about it due to how UBU has some issues with asus X99 boards in regards to the microcode.

Thanks.
