I bought refurbished a Dell OptiPlex 7060 Micro with ME disabled (with 3 printed) sticker inside. I tried to enable Intel ME using official Dell Command Configure program and it failed. I have upgraded by UEFI to 1.32.0 and later downgraded back to 1.2.17 using official methods.

If possible can you please share the step-by-step guide you have prepared. I have already posted in the forums query.
