[Guide] Overclock BIOS mods for Chinese X99 MBs

Since I do not know the answer to this, I will give you an idea how I would approach it:

  • Option 1: Is everything that you need to work, already working in an acceptable way? If yes, you can just ignore this exclamation mark/disable the device. You can also try updating the driver via Windows update, it might do the trick
  • Option 2: If this USB something device is absolutely needed, then I would start by checking the IIO:s for both CPUs and make them the same as in your original BIOS. See IntelRCSetup/IIO/IIO x/. Due to the enormous amount of NVME disks on your motherboard, I am very sure you anyhow need to double check this. This may or may not fix the USB problem. But be aware that due to potential hardware differences this may be a very, very deep rabbit hole.
  • Option 3: Not likely, but maybe the settings I put in with AMIBCP are the cause of this problem. You can hence try the stock BIOS. And if you happen to have 26xx V3 CPUs, then you can even go with the TBU (Turbo Boost Unlocked) version they provide.
