[Guide] Overclock BIOS mods for Chinese X99 MBs

Yes, you can put together any combination you want/need that way. But please tell me, what is the last bullet point in that list? Did I say that you should use AMI Flash Utility, or did I say something else?

I didn’t check flashing tools . My mistake . Im in a repair shop for reprogram bios. If its possible please help me to do it there . Is that possible for you to check bios that i modified ?

First of all: As you found out, it is normally not a good idea to try flashing a different BIOS without having a programmer in hand.

Just follow what I wrote, and it should work fine. Why am I that confident? Well, since you have the 1.3.x version, then I have not encountered XMC flash chips but normal Winbond. As far as I have seen, XMC started with some of the 1.5.x versions of ZX-99EV3 (A9EV3403 vs B9EV3403)

Ok, glad you have everything up and running. You are of course free to upload any modded BIOS you like, but I personally see no point if it is just one of the four possible variants (2 different ME regions ; 2 different BIOS regions) from my original upload. I do not I am not sure what your use case is, but I will just leave you some links below

Thanks . I don’t know this question is related or not . After overclocking ( im on 4ghz 1050 mv) i setup a new window 10 . (Same window same drivers same hardware and same settings in the game ) I have about 10fps lower . Even after disable overclocking . Any idea ?

About this bios 251005_HNZ_BD4_mods that is available, does it enable secure boot on x99-b9?

See the first post in this thread for an overview. As explained in more detail this post, the XMC flash chip is the reason why I have only been able to get a handful of BIOSes running on the X99-B9/X99D4M4. I am working on it, but I have not been able to arrive at a practically useful solution yet. I may or may not succeed.
