[Help] Fixing UEFI after vBIOS modding on RX 580 2048SP

Hi hello. I’m using RX 580 2048SP. I have modded my BIOS to extend core voltage and power limits, which they work fine. Issue is now I get no UEFI display output. The system posts fine, its just i get absolutely no display output, even in Windows.

I did not face this issue on stock vBIOS. I tried to update gop however it said i already have the latest gop available so it didn’t make a difference at all.

Also one time it did actually tried to write a new gop, which caused a checksum failure. I fixed it by saving from PBE then reflashing it, that caused a brick. I fixed the brick by switching to iGPU and booting it that way.

My question is, is it possible for me to have UEFI while having all this extended voltage mods and stuff.

I have provided both my stock and modded vbios files.

Tool used to mod is Red BIOS Editor.

You need a GOP with the signature check override and secure boot needs to be disabled here is more info about that.

I have tried the guide that made me do a GOP rewrite from hex editor. I tried 1.60 version and 1.66, however both of these resulted in the same issue. Both flashed fine, both give legacy display output but once i switch to UEFI the system does not give video output in BIOS. Does boot into Windows, but I’m unsure if my video was in UEFI mode in Windows because ReBAR is disabled.

Secure boot is disabled and all keys are wiped. Tried with default keys and disabled, did not work.

Is there anymore that I can do? Maybe submitting the file to somewhere can help? I’m new here.

doing it with 1.69 fixed it. rebarstate is turned on. 8192mb
