Hey, I have managed to dump and mod my newer msi model motherboard which never works in terms of dumping using anything from ami etc. However, when I do dump my bios and I go about modding it and then try flashing it, It will say unable to start a secure flash session, if this file came from msi, please contact msi.
My question is, is there any method as to how I could force flash this bios? All the data size or anything is perfect, so I won’t brick it. If this was already discussed and a tutorial or something that might point me in the right direction has been posted, I would appreciate if you can link the thread, thanks!
Old board, new board? Model? Witch tool/method used to make the dump?
These are things that need to be told upon such request.
Mod files usually cannot be flashed using regular procedures, so its not surprise at all, the secure flash errors…
