If FD is unlocked follow the guide to clean/initialize the ME FW and flash it with FPT tool and then USB BFB to recover normal bios region, if not, you’ll have to program it.
The original mb data should be used from the original dump before mod or current dump if still have it, with FD44 Editor.
On mbs with 2 SPI IC bios, usually the ME is on the smaller IC, if this this the case then its only necessary to program this one and then USB BFB can be used for normal bios reposition.
