Please look into the chapter “This is what you will need:” of my Guide (=the initial post of this thread). I just have tested it and was able to get the module named “NvmExpressDxe_5.ffs” properly inserted by using the AMI AptioIV MMTool v4.50.0.23 and the UEFITool v0.28.0.
A problem may arise, when you are going to flash the modded *.CAP file and your ASUS mainboard doesn’t support the “USB Flashback” feature. You can find >here< a solution.
