i5-8300h Mini Pc Modded Bios DVMT

Hello. (sorry for my english)
I bought a mini pc from aliexpress and I want to increase intel hd vram (it is 128 mb). I have ch341a with clip and unlocked bios for advanced settings. There is no option more than 64 mb in dvmt settings. Is there way to change this at least 512mb or 1gb?
I don’t have original bios seller didn’t send. I backed up via ch341a + as programmer an edited it. (I coldn’t unlock it but genius239 did it for me). I am waiting for your help to change that settings.

If this can not be possible, tell me please I am waiting for response

In your BIOS file the DVMT pre-alloc looks like it maxes out 64MB. And there are 3 options for DVMT total; 128MB, 256MB and MAX.

You can try changing these in UEFI shell. But with 64MB pre-alloc you're already maxed out, you might be able to change the total VRAM from your current 128MB to 256MB or MAX and see what that does.

Good luck!

I can change this settings via bios and no luck :frowning: I have already changed dvmt total to max but it is still 128 mb.

Try in UEFI shell.

I will try tonight I hope it will works  I want to play old lego games on this mini pc (on tv) but game can’t open because of vram. I will inform you about results.

I tried in bios and games are launhing now. I tested on cs go and vram is going to about 850mb. There is no need a setting to increase that
