If it comes from Dell, it could be customized for Dell and not other brands.
Hi. Iām trying to clear ME in lenovo yoga 9i and its firmware version is 14.1.70.2228_CON_H but I cannot find exact repository. The closest one I found is 14.1.70.2228_CON_LP and 14.1.75.2420_CON_H. Please help!

Thereās no rule about which version old or newer you have to use, except for CSME 15 itās kinda tricky with FITc.

Same two, but the ones I linked have āredundantā data. The package linked by MeatWar contains files that are already handled by FIT. The files below are (easier) to work with.

IĀ“m looking for a CSME 12.0.96.2562 (Corp-H) update for a Gigabyte C246-WU4 which only has vendor update for 12.0.95.2489. Supermicro X11SCA have 12.0.96.2562 (Corp-H) update. Is it possible to generate a update file (CSME only) or BIOS that is compatible with C246-WU4 ?

" Engine Firmware Regions (RGN/EXTR):
The Type of each Engine/(CS)ME firmware Region can be either Stock (RGN) or Extracted (EXTR) . Stock are clean/stock/unconfigured images provided by Intel to OEMs. Extracted are dirty/extracted/configured images from various SPI/BIOS. The Engine firmware at the systemās SPI/BIOS chip is always EXTR , generated by the OEM after configuring the equivalent RGN with the appropriate system settings."
Not advisable but you can try it and re-initialize the engine with your OEM settings, ensure that you know how to recover the system by any unexpected results.
