Guys, can you tell me where to get pmxdrv.sys dated late 2019 or newer?

Thanks!
Will the driver appear in the C:\Windows\System32\drivers as usual after starting the services?

Yes, C:\Windows\System32\drivers.

Sorry for being so annoying, but does this version have the 2019 vulnerability fixes that everyone is writing about?

What about a browser search engine, humm?

As of November 12th, Intel has released updated versions of pmxdrvx64.sys and pmxdrv.sys to mitigate this vulnerability. (2019)

Yes, that’s exactly what I was asking about, which is why I came to this specialized forum.
Unfortunately, when I launched Intel® CSMEVDT, I couldn’t find pmxdrv or anything similar. I also looked in the resources of the .exe file itself, but there is no pmxdrv there either. FPT doesn’t have it either.
Do you happen to have it?

The tool can run as “Standalone” app, the driver can be loaded temporary and can be or not installed on the system, as Westlake stated.
What does FPT tool got to do with it sir…???
Didnt i provided a link to the tool that uses this driver???
Didnt the user Westlake shared this file on the previous post???
Are you “blind” and have low IQ, so sorry…the forum doesnt have a “mod” or a “fix” for that.
Over_N_out.

I don’t understand why you have so much rudeness.
FPT used pmxdrv. Or should I provide evidence?
The user posted the version with vulnerability and I am very grateful for that, but I am interested in the version without vulnerability.
I searched the forum and the versions without vulnerabilities were removed from the forum. I didn’t invite anything that might violate the NDA or offend anyone. Open your eyes.

I dont need to prove anything to no one or any proof of it… life is short sir.

The user provided the latest driver that comes with latest version of tool 13.0.2.8.
The tool version on the end of 2019 was 3.0.4.0 in Dec 2019.

Stop “fishing” and go straight to your issue if any, else go complain or discuss it with Intel.

@1usmus

What makes you think there is a newer version? After some searching, I came to the conclusion that the one I attached is the latest.

1.0.0.1005 latest (public), 1.0.0.1006 (SDK) and this version (1.0.0.1003) does not have MSR support, I just looked through IDA available IOCTLs

Anyone have CSME System Tools for v20? Trying to pull the bios on my M$ Surface 7 with Lunar Lake to poke around in the bios.

Hey guys!

I found ME 17 from an es mobo “LENOVO I760MH”

But it ran wrong when I dragged it into the MEA.exe or mfit16.exe!!!

It is assumed that Intel’s original intention was to unify the ME versions of the B760 and other 700 - series chipsets as version 17, though it remains unclear why the company later scrapped this plan.

The 17 series belongs to the canceled Meteor Lake S. It is much closer to the 18 series than the 16 series, but it is different. It’s interesting, but it doesn’t really matter.
