Intel I226-v Driver. Can I get drivers for w7?

Here is a solution for 225v. Is it possible for 226 to do the same?

Installing i225-v ethernet drivers (W10 drivers) on windows 7?

What exactly did you change in the inf files? I tried, but was not successful.
