At first you need to install clean Win8.1 (from MSDN) without any(!) additional drivers.

Did anything change? I have the same issue with installing an Intel HD Graphics 610 driver under build 9888. It installs successfully but a black screen and can also recover from safe mode. It is also a Windows 8.1 driverā€¦ I am not really sure what to do, I like this build and would like to use my iGPU driver on it

I wanted to install W8.1 beacuse 10 is kinda heavy for my laptop, and well it installed successfully but there was one thingā€¦ The graphics drivers of my iGPU donā€™t really exist officially for W8.1 or below, so is there any help i can get?

Not really sure if it will work beacuse u have HD 500 and i have UHD 600 (until these drivers work for both) but its worth trying, so i will uh reply again if it will work.

I installed the UHD 600 driver that u send but it doesnā€™t work, like it shows a warning icon in the device manager, i have test mode enabled and driver signature enforcement disabled

Install the driver in device manager go to Action and install legacy hardware option and point it to the Inf file, select your Igpu and install that way

im still confused, do you mean i should first check which graphics card i have then paste the appropriate one or i shouldnt copy it and send it to someone else? im trying to get the drivers working on windows 8.1 rn

Are you maybe still able to help me? I did that, and as i said im getting the yellow warning even with test mode enabled and driver signature disabled.

I once got it to install but it didnā€™t work, just use w10 for now i guess
