This UEFI has MSR unlock for proper power management in Mac OS and NVRAM whitelist fix.
Microcode is current as of 20201214 and Turbo unlocks coming.

To install use the built-in flashback. If it doesn’t work in the “USB Flashback Port” use the USB port just below it. Yes, its a factory coding issue.

MSR unlock is a must because I am using them for Macosx
I do have a X99 deluxe and a X99 deluxe II (using 5960X and or V3 beta Xeon-very cheap at ebay)

Quick Follow up, working with @dragonsun252 to get a copy of fully patched 1802 BIOS with MacOS and NVRAM fix, along with Xeon Turbo Unlock.
In the meanwhile, I’ve found a nice guy at AnandTech’s thread on this topic who shared with 1701 BIOS with Xeon Turbo Unlock here:

How to flash this bin file?
@cqllzp - You’ll have to tag who you’re asking that to, about what BIOS from what post # etc.
If you’re talking about BIOS in post #1, you have to use USB Flashback to flash it in - *Edit - Never mind, please wait, I will tag DragonSun252 to fix this, you can’t flash .bin and he mentioned flashback so I assume he meant to put into capsule.
If you want to fix this yourself and are familiar with hex editor, you can use method I outlined here at post #5904, just follow step 3-7 only

Hey DragonSUN I have the same MB: X99 DX2 bios running 2101 and is unlocked but not with the whitelist like you said, also I will like to try that BIOS of yours on another extra Bios chip that I have for spare and see how it works especially that I have a XEON but sadlly mine its a V4 dont think the TURBO unlocked pretended to the V4 as well but only V3 correct me if I’m wrong, but yes can you share that download link for me give it a try, thanks
