@wesleyh modded https://www.supermicro.com/Bios/softfiles/15575/X10DRU2.427.zip to enable SuperMicro motherboard X10DRU-I+ to boot from an NVME drive.
Original thread is here:
I think i got it right can you confirm it looks right?
X10DRU2.zip (5.2 MB)
will i see the build date in the bios change with this version?
also how can i confirm the system took the bios update as it did not look like it loaded the update.
I have attached the modded file to this post.
X10DRU2.zip (5.2 MB)
Note: I am posting this here as I think @wesleyh forgot to. Hope that’s OK.
Note: This was fully tested on my system, it is now booting and running Windows 11 on an M2 NVME drive.
Thanks,
Fred

Hello, sir! I`m trying to mod my x10dru-i+ rev.1.02b for NVME boot. Could you give me some instructions how to do it? I tried to flash bios from your post, but I still cant see nvme disks in bios My add-on card is Supermicro AOC-SLG3-2M2.
Read the guide Additional Notes from Step 3 - Flashing of the modded BIOS
if then confirmed, proceed to Step 4 - Installation of Win10/11 onto the NVMe SSD
