Programmer doesnt care the size or content, right or wrong, as long as it fits the IC but yes the image for programming is 8192kb.
This may not be over… the upper block with ME region may also be corrupted or not, were assuming the corruption only affected bios region during the process.
If the ME FW region needs to cleaned/re-initialized, in your case TXE 2.0.5.3105, let’s hope not.

Everyone would follow this path…avoiding additional re-work when not needed.
TXE version can later be manually updated to latest available version (TXE 2.0.5.3117 / 2.1.5.3117), version is not a issue on getting the system alive…usually.

The txe version is generally not a problem for the functioning of the system, but it is essential for the boot “it must not be corrupted”.
However, once I have obtained the dump and rebuilt it, can I see the status of the “me fw” (if it is good) and test it on “me analyzer”?
The tool provides information, not really a firmware diagnostic utility, but it will detect “major” corruption, anyway i cant vouch any of my statements as i’m not the author of the tool or the best user to give you a full insight of it.
