I used the latest version of Neoprogrammer. Detect IC usually went smoothly
I don’t understand why, but the bios downloaded from the Asus website didn’t work, but I managed to bring the motherboard back to life with a bios dump I found/received on a forum! 
all this with black ch341 5 v
