Hello, after Asus refused to repair my laptop while in warranty period it sat for a while and after some time i found replacement motherboard. Motherboard is UX5401ZA (the same like it was in my laptop originally). I got it preflashed with UX5401ZAS bios. The issue was that there was no SN in bios, backlight on keyboard was not working and back 3.5" lcd is not showing in myasus app.
I managed to find WBT tools and i put my original serial number on new motherboard (i have broken motherboard, box, recites etc. for this laptop). After that i was googling for backlight and found wbt -c cnfg /w dd 7c and backlight is now restored and working, myasus app recognized my backlight and that is also resolved. Only issue that i have now is that back 3.5" display is not showing in myasus app, probably i needs to be enabled somehow. Can someone help me?
PS:I have found 1 dump file for UX5401ZAS motherboard on the web and it probably can help somehow. I am a little scared to flash that bios, i really would not like to brick laptop.
I am a new user and i can’t upload downloaded bios file but i can upload on some server and PM link or send to email.
