Sorry fell asleep, here are the pictures you asked for, I can still only boot with 3 GPU’s if GTX gpu is removed, and only 1 P100 GPU if I have my GTX gpu installed.
Maybe we need a bigger MMIO low size?

@x99lover Does this 3 gpus are in order (like 1st x16, 2nd x16, and 3rd x16)? Have you tested doing it at a random order (like 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 1st, 2nd, 4th, or 1st, 3rd, 4th)?
The other mod i did was for Asus X99-A series (for @teknicalissue), both have the same changes like yours… except it got some more patches that got patched, and the user able to run 6 (or 7?) Tesla P40s on that board, and even the user said that i unintentionally fixed his PEX card (active bifurication x16 to x4x4x4x4, not bifurication from the bios) to be able to run x4x4x4x4 with that active bifurication lane splitter card, which is out of my understanding but hey it works. The user said it was because i increasaed the MMIO High space to 1024G from 256G standard on most X99 boards (MMIO Low was increased from 1G to 2G), so i wonder if it was a slot assignment issue on your side.
The max MMIO Low was at 3G, and sure i can do that, but after you confirm if it wasn’t the 4th slot problem (since you’ve said 3x P100 or 1x GTX + 1x P100 was fine).
Any PCIE slot, any order works, any card, it’s just actually getting a 4th card total to boot is the issue, also getting the 3rd card total to boot required me to set PCIE Gen Option in bios from AUTO to Gen3

I have a very similar problem. I have a Gigabyte GA-X99-Gaming 5P, 2 Tesla p100s and a gtx 1070 I want to use all together.
Any combination of 2 of those 3 works just fine, even 2 p100s, but all 3 causes mobo to fail to post. It then only works if i reset CMOS, so it seems like a very similar problem. Did you ever figure out a solution to this?

Edit: Oh wait, sorry, i though this is for UD3P, but turned out your board is Gaming 5P.
would you mind still sharing it? perhaps I can parse out what makes it different.
