[QUESTION] Removal of duplicate OROM in Aptio V BIOS

I’m currently modding CLEVO N150RF BIOS. Download link
Inside I found 3 Realtek PXE OROM which are completely identical(Same size and SHA256sum).
Can I safely remove those duplicates?
