Recommended AHCI/RAID and NVMe Drivers

@Facundo_S :
Welcome to the Win-RAID Forum!

The linked RAR files are not corrupted, but your WinRAR seems to be outdated. You have to use WinRAR v5.xx.

FYI, the refreshed ASmedia v3.2.1.0 drivers with just an added certificate from MS is not certified under anything other than Win10.

Anyway, here is ASMedia SATA3 ASM106x v3.2.3.0 (Complete Set with Installer) :

There’s a new NVMe driver from Samsung released today.

http://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/min…load/tools.html

Pure 32/64bit Samsung NVMe Treiber - v2.3.0.1709

> Win7 32-Bit <
> Win7 64-Bit <

> Win8.1 32-Bit <
> Win8.1 64-Bit <

> Win10 32-Bit <
> Win10 64-Bit <

Thanks a lot.

As downloading direct from Samsung isn’t possible at this time, >here< is also the Samsung NVMe v2.3.0.1709 Complete Installer Set if anyone should need it.

I have tested Samsung NVMe v2.3.0.1709 (W10 RS3 64bit) drivers on my Sabertooth X99, with SM950PRO 512GB and 960PRO1TB devices and get a (little) better performance (for all benchs (CDM, ATTO, ANVIL, AS-SSD) than with previous v2.2.

Cannot unzip pure 64bit OCZ NVMe driver v1.2.126.843 mod+signed by Fernando
Because my Dell XPS 15 9550 shows BSOD frequently, so I need this NVME driver
Would you please check the rar file or reupload it?
Thank you very much

Welcome to the Win-RAID Forum!
Within the start post of this thread you can find mod+signed OCZ/Toshiba NVMe drivers, which should work with your specific NVMe SSD.
Don’t forget to import the Certificate before trying to update your currently used NVMe driver.
