With this bios, the SSD is visible in the bios as PATA SS:, but during installation, Windows writes that installation on this disk is not possible. It is possible that the hardware of this computer does not support booting from this disk.

This was a quite misleading Setup message.
You will be able to boot off the NVMe SSD, but only in UEFI mode using the GUIMode Partition Table.
The fact, that the NVMe SSD is shown by the BIOS as “PATA SS”, verifies, that the BIOS has been successfully modded, but does not mean, that it is bootable as it is (without EFI partition).
The required EFI partition has to be created during the OS installation. Please read the related chapter “Step 4 - Installation of Win10/11 onto the NVMe SSD:” of my Guide, which was already linked by our Forum member karfel.
