did you use intact mode of qflash to flash?
or better use a spi programmer.
and you need pinmod for non-b0 stepping lga1151 coffee lake cpus.

With qflash, iam using b0 cpu

seems you didnt choose “intact mode” when you using qflash.
you might want to try efiflash [Tool] EFIFlash v0.80/v0.85/v0.87 for Gigabyte Mainboards
