First you have to see VendorID and the DeviceID of the NVMe Controller on your motherboard, then with mmtool 3.22(3.26) cbrom utility insert nvme oprom module (with known VID and PID) to the bios rom.
Bios mod without knowing of the NVMe controller VID and PID is impossible.
