Download Intel CSME 11.6 Firmware Repository and extract file 11.6.13.1212_CON_H_DA_PRD_RGN.bin from it. Rename it to me.bin and copy to DOS USB-stick.
Copy DOS-version of FWUpdLcl.exe from Intel CSME System Tools v11 to DOS USB-stick.
Install your Skylake CPU, boot in native DOS and run:
FWUpdLcl -f me.bin
Power off without rebooting, disconnect power cord for 5 min.
Then power on.
If it boots normally then check with ES CPU (Kaby Lake).
Still not work. I check with SkyLake and confirm that ME is upgraded to 11.6.13.1212. But KabyLake cant boot. Cpu fan run and stop immediately after power button preesed.
Please make new dump now.
I meant new BIOS dump with ME upgraded.
This mod does not work. When i connect the power cord, a red light and a white light keep flashing in turn, and speaker keep alarming. DP no output.
The 4th mod with SkyLake:
Cpu fan run and heat sink warn, look like cpu working, but no video out.
The 4 mode with KabyLake:
Cpu fan run and stop immediately after power button preesed, then stay in shutdown status.
