Greetings. I ask for help in modifying the BIOS. there is an x2640g PC with an h11h4-ad motherboard. i3 8100 was purchased. I took a dump of the bios with the processor, the coffeetime program does not fully process it. I successfully (probably) changed ME to 11,0,0,1168, added the necessary PCIe, Sync Cores + PCIe1440 in the patches. the computer started to start, or rather, the fans turned on and the on light was on, previously it turned on for 1 second and turned off. when trying to modify VBIOS+GOP, coffeetime does not change their values in the fields. similarly, microcodes are not added/changed. I’m downloading microcodes from uefitool, but I can’t download them. since “insert” and “remove” are not active. I tried to download an older version 0.28, but it doesn’t work for me. Do you have the opportunity to help add microcode for the i3 8100 instead of the 506e8? + VBIOS+GOP

With this BIOS, the fans start and the power LED turns on for a second. and they switch off. if I can give you any additional information about the errors, please tell me.
I’m experimenting. coffeetime has downgraded ME to version 11.0.0.1168, added PCIe patches, SKU hack, Sync cores, Fix 16t support, PCIe 1440. saved it. next, the MMTool 5 program cut out the unnecessary microcode and added 906EB. in this case, the matplat starts and gives short beeps, it feels like it’s launching well, but there’s no video on the monitor (video i3 8100) I do not know how to update VBIOS+ GOP.
when trying to make a VBIOS+GOP patch from coffeetime, the values do not change, and this bios behaves similarly. here is this semi-working bios
I can’t transfer them from the uefi tool on my own either, as I wrote earlier, the “insert” and “remove” items are not active.
I’m experimenting further. the BIOS that you have assembled - when you replace the ME in it with the 11.0 version - the PC starts. and there is a video, but two short beeps and the error “boot Guard verified failed” turns off when you press any key. what tool did you use to transform the BIOS?
what tool did you use to transform the BIOS?
Hex editor + CoffeeTime
Sorry for the late reply. That means we couldn’t do a mod for this device (Measured and Verified Boot enabled in FPF value). I think the motherboard was manufactured by Lenovo, unlike other Acer OEM motherboards. That’s why, for this one, they fused Intel Boot Guard — RIP for modders.
