Hi all,
I have the Z370 AORUS Gaming 7 (rev 1.0) on stock F15 with an i7-8700K. Memory Integrity/HVCI is enabled and running, but Kernel DMA Protection shows “Off” in msinfo32 due to incomplete IOMMU detection (VT-d is on in BIOS, but ACPI tables are missing—Windows reports no full DMA remapping support).
Could someone mod the stock F15 with updated ACPI DMA remapping tables pulled from a Z390 BIOS or similar/whatever you prefer) to enable full Kernel DMA Protection in Windows 11? No other changes needed—just the VT-d/IOMMU fix to get the green checkmark.
Attaching the official F15 ROM from Gigabyte. Happy to test and report back on Kernel DMA status post-flash.
Just to clarify-- In system information i see it shows Virtualization based security available properties - with DMA protection but thats not the same as Kernel DMA protection; correct?
