[Request] Mod JGINYUE X99-M D4 BIOS

Hello, I need help enabling full UEFI video support on my JGINYUE X99M-H D4 motherboard V12.1 motherboard.

Specs:

  • CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2680 v4 (Broadwell-EP)
  • GPU: RTX 5070 (also tested GTX 1650, both fail with CSM disabled)
  • BIOS: extracted using FPT (attached .BIN file below)

Problem:
When I disable CSM and try to boot in full UEFI mode, there is no display output.
I believe the BIOS lacks a proper UEFI GOP or DXE video driver module.

Request:
Could someone please help inject the missing GOP/UEFI video module or rebuild the BIOS so that UEFI display works?

If there was GOP DXE driver in bios is for the iGPU not DISCRETE GPUS, dPU’s vbios has two images in vbios, the legacy vbios for CSM ON (Legacy Boot) and the EFI image. containing EFI DXE driver for UEFi Boot.
