@bastidee - Odd Asrock BIOS here! Please first try flashing the BIOS not in folder via Instant Flash, if it lets you then all OK, if it says no then try the one in the “In Capsule” folder

If both fail, I will redo set with MMTool instead, used UEFITool 25 in above edit.
Hello, was it solved? I have the same motherboard, now with bios 1.90 version. If I’ll buy AXAGON PCEM2-S and Samsung 990 EVO Plus 1TB will it works for boot disk with WIN10? The link in the second post with modified BIOS in this topic doesn’t work. Thank you.

As you can see here, the newest BIOS 1.90 for your ASRock Fatal1ty Z87 Killer contains an AMI NVMe EFI module and will natively support booting off an NVMe SSD:
So there is no need for any BIOS modding.
