I’ve used the utility MeatWar mentions on both an HD 7850 and an RX 470 and it’s great. There’s also a “magic” version of the utility that will work on cards where you’ve done BIOS mods. (You don’t need the magic version if you haven’t done other mods to your vBIOS.)

I’m typing this on a system with the aforementioned HD 7850 which boots with CSM disabled.
