Hello! You can most likely use my modded BIOS.
- Take BIOS B2 to get TBU (Turbo Boost Unlock). You can set the undervoltage level directly in the BIOS
- Take your existing ME (Management Engine). In other words: This is basically what I call “Example 4”
- Seems you are using Linux/grub2 to boot. Not sure if you want to boot in UEFI mode or Legacy/CSM? Some extra steps listed here if you want to use Legacy/CSM
As a sidenote, I honestly doubt that you want to run that small VRM with a 2699V3 at full power though. Serious risk for hardware damage. But that is of course fully up to you.
