May you tell me what prevents w8.0 from boot? Or give me a link to understand the difference between the normal ACPI.sys and this one?
(I also tried an acpi.sys x64 found on the forum for win 7 and worked too, incredible! but what I want it's w8.0)

Offtopic:
- Do you think you can also make the iGPU (UHD 600) work too? I have this on device manager: "This device is currently waiting on another device or set of devices to start. (Code 51)" on w8.0 and same on w8.1 if I port intelpep.sys
- Do you also know why I get "kmode exception not handled" BSOD and device stopped working (UHD 600 with a driver from this forum) on windows 10 beta build 9888 (last build with w8 taskbar and GUI) ? I don't have yellow marks on this build for example, I can install a modded intel driver on it but I get black screen

how did you get that acpi.sys to work? Did you just copied it to system32/drivers on installes windows 7 x64 or did you somehow modify the installer?
I cannot get it to work properly and without it i just get the A5 error even when just triyng to start the installer.

I copied acpi.sys to system32/drivers, if you’re using a boot usb instead of winNTsetup, you’ll need to edit boot.wim
