Really weird, the setting is SHOWN in AMIBCP, but not in setup… Is there any fix? I need this because i need it…

What sort of “Setup” do you mean and where should the related setting be available?
In BIOS Setup,
I mean its visible in AMIBCP, but despite it being set to be shown and to “supervisor”, its not visible in BIOS setup…

A bios code may serve several mb models by the OEM, with additional controllers or not.
I solved it.. Turns out its NOT even assigned to any setup option, just to “Main” page in bios, means i have to edit it on my own in AMIBCP…
