ok i ordered SPI flasher and after it arrives i will try to reflash again (it will be interesting if i can crossflash bios from different motherboard like Z370 prime-a as they did with asus hero IX to asus hero X)
its actually really hard to find any info about flashing ASUS Z2xx/Z3xx motherboards or which pin should be connected in order unlock FD is there any good source about that? until now i was able to google just these 2 chinese pictures which are pretty close to what i can observe on my motherboard but i have little different BIOS chip (W25Q128FVSQ)

i will just do it with SPI flasher i also want to test to flash different bios into this MB (from Z370-A)
EDIT: actually i was able to update ME with MEupdatetool from ASUS so now i have version 11.8.55.3510
so there is way how to flash that part of regionā¦
I combined 2 MEtools together in order to do this 
MEUpdateTool_11.8.55.3510 - for Z270-P
and
MEUpdateTool_UI_20171103_TP - for Z270-A which is much older

@oneb1t - once you have programmer, unlock FD is easy, edit the BIOS before you flash per this guide, see section āBā second spoiler, then image two for this board probably (Lines 80-90 if they look similar, if not use image one line 60, but I bet its 80-90)

i found raspberry pi 3 b which i will use as SPI flasher 
so today i will try to flash it
EDIT: just flashed with SPI (raspberry pi 3 b worked like charm)
i will write details later but now i want to try to crossflash MB into Z370 O.o
ok now im not that braveā¦ so i will need to do some research about these modules and what they can do
(i expected that they are loaded on every start of computer so you cannot really brick anything if you flash incorrect TPU module, but if they stick over BIOS reflash then i need to reconsider)
maybe i will just try to crossflash into another Z270 which should be still possible

@svarmod Thanks for heads up. Do you think that applies still when using programmer, since regular flash routine is not run by the board, maybe on startup it could flash over the TPU FW, or maybe that only happen if using regular flash method (USB Flashback)?

I wouldnāt advise to use internal flash tools.
Yes, unlock FD and ME with SPI once and you will can use FPT/AFU for every next reflashing. Just keep every new bios unlocked too to not repeat unlock actions again.

You only need to flash via Programmer once, unlock the FD and then it will always be unlocked so you can use FPT instead of AFU, just be sure as svarmod mentioned to edit the FD in any BIOS you reflash via FPT if you reflash entire BIOS instead of using -me or -bios region switches
Still wanting to know what I asked above @svarmod - do you know for sure if itās necessary to watch those modules, edit/remove/swap, when using programmer too? Does this TPU update get applied on board starting, to possibly mess it up if you donāt do that, or does that only happen during flash update procedures

TPU firmware comparison happens every time when board starts, not when flashing. If it fails board hungs on update procedure and next bios reflashing not more helps. The decision for unbricking - is directly reflashing TPU chip.
