@HowDoI - Yeah, this is not something you edit with AMIBCP , that is a mess
IFR output from setup looks normal, you need to extract the 97E409E6-4CC1-11D9-81F6-000000000000 in this BIOS for setup, not the PE32
I checked, there is no ECC options in this BIOS, so it’s either compatible already, or not.

BIOS menu may be unlocked via magic string edit (at setup PE32 module), but I’d need to see images of your current BIOS just one image so can see across top what all is visible to you by default.
AMIBCP like edit (ie manual) may be needed on top of that too. I would send you 1-3 BIOS as first test, to see if/how to enable one menu first, then do all rest once test result was done.

Flashing mod BIOS here will be the problem. Do you have flash programmer?

What is BIOS chip ID? If you’ve already erased a chip with programmer and wrote and all OK, so you know what software/version is compatible with that chip etc. Then send me a dump
If you have not erased chip, wait and don’t dump, I’ll tell you what may be best to read and write with
