What is this part called (CH341A Kit)?

Sorry if, again, I end up posting this in the wrong forum. I am fscking terrible at figuring it out, lol. Anyway, i ended up having to remove the chip and am trying to get it locked into this little SOB but i don’t quite have a PhD in mechanical engineering Also, which one is pin 1?? oh, I would kill for a video ELI5’ing me right through it, hehe

Usually like this or follow tracks by CH341 insertion position, some have them labeled on the pcb of the DIP adapter others dont.
