I have installed Windows 7 on this laptop, but I’m having trouble finding compatible drivers for several devices. USB 3.0 drivers are already installed and working, but I still can’t find drivers for the following hardware:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1903 – PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_02F9 – PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_02A4 – SMBus Controller
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_02E0 – PCI Simple Communications Controller
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_02E8 – PCI Device
There are also several Unknown Devices showing up in Device Manager.
Keyboard works, but the touchpad dont work!
Does anyone know where I can find Windows 7–compatible drivers for these devices?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the Win-Raid Forum!
What the Device Manager demands are the Intel Chipset Device INF files for the specific Intel mainboard with an Intel CPU category named CometLakePCH-LP. They are not really required for a proper function of the OS, but will help you to get rid of “unknown” or yellow flagged devices.
The Intel chipset device INF files are simple text files and not real drivers (=hex coded *.SYS files) and will work with all Windows Operating Systems, no matter which architecture (32/64bit) they have.
Attached are the Intel chipset device “drivers” for your mainboard’s Intel CPU.
CometLakePCH-LP.rar (21.5 KB)
Good luck and enjoy the Forum!

Thank you, Fernando!
My battery indicator also shows a red X, and the touchpad isn’t working.
Do you have, or do you know where I could get, the drivers for these as well?
If you want help regarding a suitable driver for the touchpad, you should post the HardwareIDs for that device.
Regarding the battery power I cannot help you.
It’s probably one of these drivers

The first device of your list is an Intel Serial IO UART Host Controller - 02E8. You may find a suitable driver >here<, but I am unsure, whether it will work with Windows 7.
Good luck!
Okey, thanks for the help king!
