Z390 Aorus Pro Modded BIOS

Hello, I’m interested in flashing a modded BIOS because I’ve seen that old microcodes usually have better performance and with a modded BIOS you can disable/enable certain hidden settings (to boost performance).
Anyways, I have a Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro (NOT Wi-Fi) paired with a 9700K. I’m also running latest (F12k) BIOS version and D6 microcode.

My questions are:

Which microcode offers the best performance, oldest one or somewhere in the middle or latest? Also, does an older microcode offer better overclocking potential and stability?

Which BIOS version is best for performance? Again, does an older BIOS version offer better overclocking potential and stability?

What hidden settings are worth disabling for better performance? Right now, VT-x is hidden in my BIOS and I want it disabled.

Thanks for your help.

Any news on this anywhere?

Ever since updating to Official BIOS F12K … Nothing but instability…
Looking for a latest modded z390 Aorus Pro modded bios…

Thanks…
