MS started to erase the database for updates and hotfixes prematurely. I would like to ask you, guys, to name all MS updates and hotfixes in one place for making this a bit easier to find and use. The alternative locations for these files will be also welcome.
My system is The board is GA-Z97X gaming 7
SSD is Crucial: P1 CT1000P188D8 M.2/PCX connected to mini PCX onboard. Crucial claims that they lay on distributed by MS drivers, made with them and MS, and there is no way to see even SSD in windows 7,and that is fully compatible with windows 10.
The CPU is Intel Core i7-4790K
Memory Rock stable: Type DDR3 Size 4096 MBytes Manufacturer Hyundai Electronics Max Bandwidth PC3-12800 (800 MHz) Part Number HMT351U6CFR8C-PB Serial Number 1213974520 Week/year 06 / 12

What more info can I add? I modded my bios with the instruction "How to, but I am a bit overworked so not really want to flash it without full check. I have attached a screen from the final stage of modification.
And as usual, am lost with variety of RST drivers… the claimed best here is/was 14th line, now I see someone having 15th or 16th on z97x… And Fernando accepted this way to set up and outcome from it. All these drivers should have the most compatible OROM implemented to modded Bios. This I know from the previous case EP45T…
I would like to have the case be solved swiftly, but this is just a dream I am working on this PC and besides this, I have a really big job and have a really hard time now as moving myself from west-west Ireland to some more east localized civilization in Dublin. Recently have no time for sleep even…
@PitKoz : >Here< is a guide about how to get Windows 7 installed onto an NVMe SSD.
Do you really believe, that anyone among us Forum members spends many hours of his/her free time to create a list, which contains all updates and hotfixes, which ever were released by Microsoft? All you need is the 64bit MS NVMe Hotfix for Win7 x64 named KB2990941-v3. You can find the download link on top of >this< Forum page.
OK I am now in the stage where all my systems on this PC can see SSD NVMx
The disk SSD is visible with cloned system Win7, The cloned disk has changed serial, The cloned System had reg “Mounted Devices” modified to reflect this. Easy BCD added a new option for select boot system from it Multi-boot sees the option to boot from it, and when selected, BootManager says “cannot find the partition: error… ZONK” you all know such case from your experience :).
On Bios-Mods I have started request about modification of bios F6 for this MoBo, as in instruction “How to…” [Guide] How to get full NVMe support for all Systems with an AMI UEFI BIOS and here I left screen only (due to size limitations of attached files). But a bit scary to flash this what I modified. please, can you verify the file? As I mentioned many times, I am a bit unlucky, and all possible bugs and typos are sticking to me as freaking hunny to Winnie the Pooh
Just to remind: mobo: GA-Z97X GAMING 7 BIOS F6 SSD is Crucial: P1 CT1000P188D8 M.2/PCX connected to mini PCX onboard. Still can not load it here so there is the link to the bios-mods.com forum thread where it is loaded : https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-G…and-IME-REQUEST
@PitKoz : This is the Sub-Forum about “Windows NVMe Drivers” (required for the OS to detect and to manage NVMe SSDs). If you have questions about the topic “How to get full NVMe support for systems with an AMI UEFI BIOS”, you should post them into >this< thread.
