OMG it needs needs Admin account.
- Press Win+R
- Type “cmd” and click Ok.
- Execute “cd Downloads/haterytxpro2”
cant find it says system cannot find the path specified its on downloads but it doesnt reconise

Ok. The cmd is opened in system32. In my case it opened straight in ℅userprofile%. Type and execute one by one.
cd/
cd “Users/mohammad pc/Downloads/haterytxpro2”
Error 316 indicates a second layer of protection. Without the SET VARS file it would be error 168, which indicates the first protection. It was successfully passed.
But 316 is not possible to overcome.
