Acer Aspire VN7-571G - Intel Management Engine Interface error 10, the device cannot be started

Hello,
after update bios to version 1.14 on Acer Aspire VN7-571G laptop I have problem with Intel Management Engine Interface. Device manager report error 10- the device cannot be started. I think is problem with MEI region. Somebody can fix my dump? I tried to reinstall MEI driver, downgrade driver, etc without result.
Big thanks for tfix my dump.

dump.rar (3.77 MB)

It seems you have a programmer? You’re sure that your dump is a correct read of your own bios?

Easiest wat ro a clean ME would be taking the one from acer update file:

Open Acer update package in 7zip, windows folswe, TKBI0114.exe -> open inside -> TKBI0114.exe -> open inside -> extract HDS114.fd

Open in hex editor (HxD), cut bytes 0x0 to 0xCBF. First two lines should now read:
FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF
5A A5 F0 0F 03 00 04 02 06 02 10 15 20 01 21 00
(stil padding at the end of bios region in this file, but doesn’t matter)

Open in Uefitool NE, extract ME region ‘as is’, open your dump in UEFItool 025, exchange ME region ‘as is’ with extracted ME region, write it back with flasher and you should be good again.

Other option is cleaning the dumped ME according to this guide:
[Guide] Clean Dumped Intel Engine (CS)ME/(CS)TXE Regions with Data Initialization

Yes, I have a programmer. The dump is from my laptop.
In this guide which procedure use:
D1. ME 2 - 3
D2. ME 4 - 6
D3. ME 7 - 10 & TXE 1 - 2
D4. CSME 11 - 15 & CSTXE 3 - 4
?

Put dump on MEA (https://github.com/platomav/MEAnalyzer/releases) or read ME version in dump in UEFItoolNE, use ME tools according to shown version (9.5 => D3)

D3?
