Hey guys. i’m trying to upgrade my AIO , by replacing their 2400s cpu with i5-3570 but after that it posts with screen telling me cpu is unsupported and shut down atomically , it works fine with ivy Pentium CPU so i believe the bios natively support ivy just not 3570 which is a non-s cpu . i tried to follow this guide for upgrading the microcode but the results are same Update Your CPU BIOS Microcode - More Performance - Less Consumption - BIOS Modding - Overclocking - YouTube
i will put a link for the bios dump here and appreciate anyone who could help me a bit

Its not always the lacking of mcodes, it can be OEM hw/board design or deep code inside bios (If the case only searching ACPI/DSDT/Disassembler).
Theres no simple “know” solution for this… as the bios itself already contains ME FW8, Ivy GOP and vbios, mcodes.
Wait for other forum users pov.
Of course, I’m not sure if its obvious but the PCH is H61 (NOT HM61 OR ANYTHING) I think and hope its possible in my case ; the bios chip is 8mb . the problem with the model is that i think its used to be sold in specefic region and not popular and if you take a look at the Acer support there is not a single driver for it. so after all it could have had a bios update but they didn’t care.
