Adding CPU Microcode to Dell Dimension E520 BIOS

I recently acquired a Dell Dimension E520 and want to add 45nm CPU microcode into the BIOS. I tried using CBROM195 and CBROM198 to mod the BIOS but it doesn’t work. Is there a tool that will work on Dell BIOS’s? Thanks

What means “doesn’t work”? What happens, when you try to open it? Did you extract the “pure” BIOS file, before you tried to open?
Are you sure, that the Dell Dimension E520 BIOS is an Award/Phoenix platform one?

Basically CBROM hangs up and using Phoenix Tool to open the BIOS and gives me an invalid ROM length error. Yep, I did extract the ROM BIOS file using the parameter /writeromfile and /writehdrfile. Yeah the BIOS is Phoenix.
