Adding lower fan speed percentages in MSI BIOS?

Long story short, I flashed an MSI (model FM2-A75IA-E53) BIOS onto an HP FM2 motherboard (MS-7778) and it actually works almost perfectly apart from one thing: the CPU temperature. It seems the sensor is different on this board so the BIOS thinks the CPU is always at 231 C, which forces the fans to be at 100% constantly. There is an option to change the fan speed (for the system/chassis fan only for some reason) but it only goes down to 50%. However, with an adapter, I can plug both the system fan and CPU fan to the system fan header, so that both are at 50%.

The problem is that 50% is still way too quick and loud, since the CPU hardly ever gets that hot. Is it possible to mod the BIOS so that there are more values, such as 10%, 30%, etc?

Thanks in advance.

Here is a link to the BIOS: (note that it’s not dumped with a programmer, and to be honest I don’t need the programmer dump since there’s nothing really saved, no UUIDs or whatever since that was left with the stock BIOS)
