Adding SLI Certificate to a board that is only Crossfire enabled.

Have an MSI Z690 Tomahawk MAG and want to add an SLI certificate so that I can run my two cards in SLI.

Anybody have any advice in this regard? Any help would be much appreciated, and I have a programmer with a clip if that helps.

Seems that ur board doesnt have support for it (x8/x8).

But it seems supported on the Carbon:
PCI_E1 & PCI_E2 slots (From CPU)
Support PCIe 5.0
Support x16/ x0, x8/ x8

EDIT: This is newly fresh HW so im not given any certains of anything, wot i paste here is from the Carbon specs witch differs from urs, that u pasted now.
On ur model all other PCIex16 slots comes from PCH @x4 only.

It does support it, I thought at first that it didnt, but because of the higher version of PCI-E the bandwidth is increased so that it is the equivalent of 16x/8x. Thats why the board is crossfire enabled unless I am mistaken.

3x PCIe x16 slots
PCI_E1 (From CPU)
Support up to PCIe 5.0 x16
PCI_E3 (From Z690 chipset)
Support up to PCIe 3.0 x4
PCI_E4 (From Z690 chipset)
Support up to PCIe 3.0 x1
1x PCIe 3.0 x1 slot (From Z690 chipset)

EDIT
I should also probably mention that I intend to run 2x 1080TIs, as I dont know if the newer 2 and 3 series have different PCI-E requirements to the old models but I believe you only need PCI-E 2.0 16x/8x
