Hello, I don’t know where to post this problem to get help.
I have AERO 15 OLED NA
The problem is the laptop can’t wake up from sleep by keyboard or mouse.
The only way is hitting the power button.
I did “allow this device to wake the computer” for every possible device but it does not work.
I think the bios is locked because there is only few settings in the advanced menu where there is no power management option. Also, there is only one sleep mode suspend mode S3.
Could any one help me, please?
there are 10 different models for that notebook.please specify
%80 of the time it’s driver’s fault (incompatibility)
Updating usb driver can easily solve it.the rest,relevant hardware parts (usb port,mouse etc) and settings
see if you are using the latest bios version first.if not update
go into bios load default settings,save&exit,re-enter it again set your optimals and let it login into windows
See if the settings are right.Either using mobility center or control center,and choose what the power button do from that power options panel.select current (should be balanced) mode,hit the change plan settings,change advanced power settings,background slide show,sleep after,sleep,hibernate.
