Hello everyone!
I have an Alienware X51 R2. And I want to overclock my RAM, but there are no such options in BIOS.
PC has i7 4790, H87 chipset and BIOS with Alienware skin, so I can’t exactly recognize the BIOS vendor.
But I create short BIOS dump (only BIOS region image) and even tried to mod it myself, so I can say what it is 99% AMI. Uefi bios updater 1.65.3 says it’s Aptio 4 and correctly updates modules, AMIBCP 4.53 and MMTool 4.50 can correctly open BIOS image. And even more: in uefi tool i saw strings with “AMI”.
So I ask for help. Please, help me unlock maximum available options.
ORIGINALL.BIN is a original BIOS image.
MOD2.BIN is myself modified BIOS.

What i did in MOD2:
1) unlock some options in AMIBCP, the only one more option of all is shown now
2) replaced setup module with patched one, which should enable hidden pages from formset table, but it doesn’t. Nothing changed. I followed this guide: https://forums.mydigitallife.info/thread…nus-MSR-unlock!
There are all changes.

Now I have flashed MOD2 and the only one more option is shown - it internal graphics enable/disable/auto switch in advanced->integrated devices.

And another question: how can I disable BIOS r/w protection in other regions?
I did some researches.
There are two sets of menus in setup. The first ones are AMI standart and second ones are Alienware’s, they are shown in BIOS setup.

As I write in previous post I found boolean sequence 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 01 01 01 01 and changed it to 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01. And it for some reason didn't work - no additional tabs are shown now. I also unlocked some options in AMIBCP from the Alienware tabs and it is worked for me.
So now I absolutely don't know how to unlock at least Chipset tab. May be there are limit for tabs shown in BIOS or they are controlled by other module (maybe SimpleClickBIOSUI?)?
Some other modding i needed (updated modules and microcode) I did with no problems and system is working now.
So I hope there are people with more experience which can help me.
