Did anyone try to mess with AMD platforms?
Advise some magic tools to read/write flash and modify bios image pls

Yes, plenty of AMD users here, and plenty of AMD tools. More info/questions needed to give a more expanded reply
Magic tools >> AMIBCP, MMTool, UEFITool, UBU, Hex Editor, Universal IFR Extractor… that is all for now, stuff you already know about anyway I assume 
Ch341A software, ASProgrammer software, other hardware flash programmer software. AFU various versions in DOS and windows formats, some should only be used on certain platforms.
Depend on motherboard brand, built in BIOS flash tool will flash AMD Mod BIOS too. It is much harder to flash mod BIOS on AMD, but many do it all day long with AFU in it’s various flavors.
What board are you concerned with here? Maybe I can find and tell you which AFU Method works.

I have motherboard Gigabyte GA-MA78G-D3H rev. 2.x with Award Bios. I flashe once my BIOS to FDF version so I can use AMD Phenom II X4 965 (AM2+).
I think about SSD NVME, but I don’t know where to start. My old MB doesn’t support NVME 
and I have only SATA 2 and I have two slots PCIE 2.0 16x.
One is occupied by GTX 1060. The second one is free.

Does anybody can mod my Bios so I can use NVME SSD disc for a system disc ?

It’s going to be difficult to near impossible to do with that BIOS. Id look for BORG NO 1 BIOS TOOLS Ver.6 build 2007 and see what you could do with MODBIN.
