Not able to do anything. Tried to dump nvram with SCEWIN, gives error ERROR:4 - Retrieving HII Database. Please help me. I am a total newbie.

Which sort of support do you expect from us? We generally do not modify BIOSes upon request.
Why do you want to modify the BIOS of your Mobile system?
Do you know, that the risks are high to get a bricked (unusable) tablet after such procedure?
