EDIT: successfully downgraded to 1.30 from Win, strange but instant flash does not detect this version.

Starts without resetting CMOS now. Intel ME still doesn’t work / install.

In case if someone finds it useful…
Decided to go back to the p3.10 and now everything works with Ivy Bridge CPU on B2 rev. Constant cmos clearing at new start was solved by disabling "Turn on fast startup"
